Federal and Minnesota state law require that parents of eligible ELL students be notified of their child's eligibility.  The two laws have different requirements regarding this notification.  We have attempted to provide a Notification form that meets all of those requirements.  The Notification Forms are processed centrally through the ELL Department. 

Parents may refuse services by signing the ELL Refusal form. Forms may be obtained from the ELL department by contacting the TOSA for your school.
