The purpose of this section if to provide a quick reference for the elementary programs offered in the Saint Paul Public Schools. 

Elementary programs make up a large percentage of the programs in SPPS.  This is due to the fact that most of our students needing ELL services enter our programs at the elementary grades and progress out of ELL programs as they mature.  Because of this and other factors, there is a wider variety of progamming available at the elementary level.

These programs are all detailed in various other section of the website with links to those places provided.  Additionally, these programs are also covered in the newcomer programs, programs in Hmong, programs in Somali, and programs in Spanish sections are the apply to those sections also.
