**The SPPS 3-year exemptionmeans that students will have three regular (Jan/Feb) testing opportunities;students enrolled during three or fewer Jan/Feb testing opportunities, who meetall other criteria for graduation, may be exempt from passing the three BasicSkills Tests, though students who are not "New to Country" shouldattempt the tests.
